When asked if he was planning on moving players he answered " Yes I am. I held a meeting with the players and coaches today to let all of them know that I feel there is a need to reshape our organization. The only way I see to do it is to start over and rebuild." Reporter Buck Mahoney asked if there was anyone on the team that was not on the block. Myers responded " Really the only two players that are going to be really hard to move are Conner Jameson and Javier Herrera. I mean anything is possible when you are making radical changes like we are going to try and make but it would take one hell of a deal to move either one of those guys."

Major Changes Coming?
A news conference has been scheduled for Thursday that will address the rumors swirling around that General Manager Eric Myers has been shopping around a number of popular Bearcat players.
The current rumors are that Myers has been calling around seeing if there is any interest in players like Nolan Winter, Ray Hinton, and Mauro Chavez. When asked about this Myers responded " I have made some calls to test the waters of certain players. I will talk about everything this upcoming Thursday during the news conference."
With the Bearcats only 7 games out at this point in the season it is clear that Myers does not have any confidence in the teams chances of winning this year. You can feel the pressure being put on Myers this year.
