I held a meeting with the players and coaches today to let all of them know that I feel there is a need to reshape our organization. The only way I see to do it is to start over and rebuild." Reporter Buck Mahoney asked if there was anyone on the team that was not on the block. Myers responded " Really the only two players that are going to be really hard to move are Conner Jameson and Javier Herrera. When asked about this Myers responded " I have made some calls to test the waters of certain players. I will talk about everything this upcoming Thursday during the news conference."</div><div><br /></div><div>With the Bearcats only 7 games out at this point in the season it is clear that Myers does not have any confidence in the teams chances of winning this year.
